My company deals with the negotiations of goods and services, making commercial relationships between companies and clients or among privates, less complex and more effective.
The negotiation will be characterized by precision and clarity: whether it is a material asset, or rather useful materials or equipment for operating in the sector of belonging, or a service, to be bought or sold, in the conferral of assignment mandate, to be stipulated by me, will be featured all of the many terms which distinguish the relationship between the parties.
This way all parties can be sure that each negotiation phase, or rather just the sale, is carried out while carefully following precise criteria, thus avoiding one of the two parties some unpleasant events or to try procedures one could take advantage from, while damaging the other party. Both Mandate and Offer, and the eventual Sale and Purchase Agreement, will be analyzed by both parties after their fulfillment, allowing them to make any changes and verify their solidity, with the final aim of improving the benefits which can be obtained from the purchase agreement.
My mandate or appointment will also have validity starting from the moment in which it is signed by the seller or buyer, an operation involving the mutual respect of the terms present in the same document, until agreed with the parties themselves or at least until the moment when the Mandatory, which is myself, has complied with what was established, thus performing the role for which I have been appointed, then after that, said appointment will be dissolved unless renewed.
